The Old House has a 15-minute grace period. Please call us if you are running later than 15 minutes after your booked time. We may contact you about this booking, so please ensure your email and phone number are up to date.

We automatically allocate 2 hours for dining. If there are no bookings after your own reservation, we will not request the table back. If you require a table for more than 10 guests, please call us on 01604 204777. We do not reserve seating in the bar or garden.

We require a card to secure all reservations upon booking. No-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a charge of £10 per person. For Afternoon Tea bookings a deposit of £10 per person is required. The deposit amount will be deducted from your final bill. No-shows or cancellations with less than 72 hours’ notice in advance will render the deposit non-refundable.
