Having a signature dish of the week gives us a chance to put something forward that is as current and seasonal as can be, this week we are putting a stunning dish of Pan roasted cod loin with roast oyster mushrooms and creamed spinach and wild mushroom potatoes, finished with parmesan.
Our Cod is line-caught and the oyster mushrooms hand-picked. Bringing a complete dish together tasting and looking fantastic. Using modern techniques we are able to finish this rich dish off with a very light foam sauce. Something you will not see too often without eating fine dining and paying the price to do so.
