Dish of the Week – Beef Bourguignon

Originally from France in Burgundy. We’re taking this traditional dish and making fine modern tweeks, marinating the fillet steak in red wine, thyme and garlic. Producing that traditional stew taste, yet giving it a fresh approach. Complete with whole button mushrooms, silver skin onions, chantenay carrots, pancetta and a deep red wine sauce this is definitely one to look out for this week
